5. Gmail integration and consent

CroJack’s platform offers an optional integration with Gmail for CroJack employees who choose to connect their work mailbox. Use of the integration is governed by the in-app consent disclosure presented at the time of connection. Each user must separately consent to (a) operational features (required for the integration to function) and (b) the CroJack Deal Engine (optional, broader AI use across the company).

How CroJack collects, uses, retains, and lets you control mailbox content is described in the Gmail and email correspondence section of the Privacy Policy and at /privacypolicy/gmail-extraction. By connecting a mailbox you confirm that your role at CroJack permits sharing third-party correspondence with CroJack’s internal systems for the purposes you have selected. You may withdraw consent at any time from Settings → Privacy → Gmail integration.

6. Confidentiality

CroJack Capital Inc. strives to operate with discretion; however, submissions through this Website are not guaranteed to be confidential unless expressly agreed to in writing outside of the Website.

7. Limitation of Liability
